NCAA Game Summary - Northeastern At Michigan

(Sports Network) - Manny Harris scored 26 points, grabbed 10 rebounds and dished out eight assists, as the Michigan Wolverines thumped the Northeastern Huskies, 76-56, in second-round action of the 2K Sports Classic.

DeShawn Sims was productive off the bench for Michigan (2-0), tallying 19 points and seven boards.

Manny Adako paced Northeastern (1-1) with 16 points on 7-of-11 shooting from the floor. Matt Janning finished with 14 points, although he shot just 1-of-8 from beyond the arc.

The Huskies shot just 9-of-31 (29 percent) from the floor in the first half. Meanwhile, the Wolverines went 11-of-11 from the foul line to grab a 29-23 halftime lead.

Northeastern wasn't able to get its offense going in the second stanza, and Michigan pulled away by knocking down 15-of-22 field goals in the final 20 minutes.

The Wolverines shot an astounding 25-of-26 from the charity stripe for the game. They'll now head to Madison Square Garden in New York City for the semifinals.
