Athens, OH -- (Sports Network) - Jerome Tillman racked up 19 points and 10 rebounds as the Ohio University Bobcats rolled to a 74-55 victory over the William & Mary Tribe in a non-league tilt. Tommy Freeman had 18 points in the win for Ohio (1-0), and Justin Orr contributed 16 points off the bench. The Bobcats have now won 22 consecutive non-conference home games. Danny Sumner tallied 12 points for William & Mary (0-2), which got 11 points from Quinn McDowell and 10 points from Sean McCurdy. Ohio shot just 37 percent from the floor in the first half and allowed William & Mary to connect on 50 percent of its field goal attempts. Still, after 20 minutes of play, the Bobcats held a 30-28 lead. Over the final 20 minutes, Ohio knocked down 60.7 percent of its shots from the field, including a 5-of-6 effort from three-point range, to turn a close game into a blowout. The Bobcats finished with 17 assists against 13 turnovers, while William & Mary had only eight assists against 19 giveaways.
