The winner of the Masters gets a green jacket. Traditionally, the winner takes the jacket home for one year, then returns it to the club when he returns for the next year's tournament. It is then kept at Augusta and available for the champion's use whenever he visits. Typically, multiple winners receive just one green jacket, unless his size has drastically changed. It is a Masters tradition that the previous year's champion presents the green jacket to the new winner.

The defending champion selects the menu and acts as the host for the "Champions Dinner," which is held the Tuesday before the tournament. Examples of dinner menus include:
