Philadelphia 76ers (5-5) At Minnesota Timberwolves (1-8), 8:00 P.m.

(Sports Network) - The Philadelphia 76ers shoot for their fourth consecutive win Wednesday when they visit the Twin Cities to take on the reeling Minnesota Timberwolves.

Second-year star Thaddeus Young scored 23 points and Samuel Dalembert had 13 and 16 rebounds, as the Sixers manhandled the Oklahoma City Thunder, 110-85, at the Wachovia Center on Saturday.

Elton Brand and Andre Iguodala both had 15 points and five assists for Philadelphia, while Andre Miller doled out nine assists and had four steals in the win.

Meanwhile, the Timberwolves dropped their eighth straight game on Sunday when Denver's Chauncey Billups scored a game-high 26 points, including a critical three-pointer in crunch time, to seal the Nuggets' 90-84 victory over Minnesota.

Al Jefferson paced the 'Wolves with 20 points and 14 boards while Randy Foye recorded 18 points, six assists and five rebounds in defeat.

Minnesota has been competitive during its skid, losing by an average of just 5.9 points.

On the injury front, the Sixers have a trio of contributors listed as probable for the contest. Iguodala (sprained right foot) and Dalembert (sore left knee) along with backup power forward Reggie Evans (sprained left thumb) will all try to give it a go.

The two teams split the home-and-home series last season with both winning on their home floor. Overall the Timberwolves have taken three of their last four games versus Philly.

The 76ers have lost two straight, six of seven and eight of 11 games at the Target Center.
