Bears Suspend DT Harris

Lake Forest, IL -- (Sports Network) - The Chicago Bears suspended three-time Pro Bowl defensive tackle Tommie Harris for Sunday's road game against the Detroit Lions for breaking an unspecified team rule.

Harris missed this past Sunday's victory over the Philadelphia Eagles due to a knee injury. He signed a $40 million, four-year contract extension in June.
