Report: Vikings' Henderson Likely Out A Month

POSTED: 10:38 am CDT October 4, 2008

(Sports Network) - Minnesota Vikings middle linebacker E.J. Henderson will reportedly be sidelined for at least a month because of two dislocated toes in his left foot.

The Minneapolis Star-Tribune reported Saturday that Henderson, who leads the Vikings in tackles with 27 entering Monday's game at New Orleans, might not be ready to return to action for a few weeks. Henderson suffered the injury in the second quarter of Minnesota's loss to the Tennessee Titans on Sunday.

A sixth-year player out of Maryland, Henderson has missed only three games in his career.
