Wild Sign D Mojzis

(Sports Network) - The Minnesota Wild signed defenseman Tomas Mojzis to a multi-year contract, the club announced Monday.

Mojzis, 26, spent last season in the Russian Continental League and posted two goals and two assists in 28 games.

He was Toronto's eight-round pick in the 2001 NHL draft, but has seen action in just 13 games with Vancouver and St. Louis after making his league debut in February 2006, totaling two points.
