Entertainment Contest Rules

• By submitting an application to this contest, sponsored by Internet Broadcasting Systems, the participant acknowledges and agrees to all of the contest rules.
• No purchase necessary to win.
• Entrants may enter once per contest, unless otherwise noted.
• Transfer of prizes is strictly prohibited.
• Contest open to legal U.S. residents only. Any federal, state and local tax levied on the prize shall be the sole responsibility of the recipient.
• Winners will be notified by e-mail within a few weeks after the conclusion of the contest.
• Winners must respond within 14 days of attempted delivery of the notification. Any prize notification returned to the sponsor as undeliverable will result in awarding of the prize to an alternate winner.
• Acceptance of the prize offered constitutes permission to use the winners' names and/or likenesses for advertising/trade purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
• The sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for damages, losses or injuries resulting from use of or acceptance of any prize. Winners must agree, in writing, to release all participating sponsors from any and all liability for injuries sustained through the use of the prize.
• The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
• All federal, state and local laws apply. Receipt of all prizes shall be conditioned upon compliance with any applicable federal, state and local laws.
• Limit one (1) prize per household.
• The sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to interpret compliance with the letter and intent of these rules, and to disqualify any applicant deemed to have violated these rules or to have filled out any application incorrectly at any time prior to the distribution of prizes.
• Immediate family members and employees of WISC, WEWS, WTAE, WLTW, WESH, KCRA/KQCA, WCVB, WPBF, KPRC, KMBC/KCWE, WDIV, WISN, WYFF, WDSU, KOAT, WPLG, WJXT, WXII, WKMG, KSAT, WRTV, KITV, KOCO, KGTV, Heart-Argyle Television, Inc., Post-Newsweek Stations, Inc., Global-TV, The McGraw-Hill Companies, Morgan Murphy, Lee Enterprises, Scripts Howard, CBS Corporation, Internet Broadcasting Systems, Inc., and each of their respective parent companies, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising agencies, are not eligible.
• A winners list may be obtained by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Internet Broadcasting Systems, c/o Entertainment Contests, 1333 Northland Dr., Mendota Heights, MN 55120, or send an e-mail to contests@ibsys.com.
