Ain't love grand? February is the main month for amore, so I thought it would be fun to take the temperature on a few of Hollywood's heartthrobs. Whose relationships have sizzle and whose have begun to fizzle?

Five Who Sizzle

Courteney Cox Arquette and David Arquette could just scream: If their relationship is anything like their moviemaking, this new marriage is a blockbuster. The newlyweds were spotted on a plane from Salt Lake City to Los Angeles recently, so hot and heavy that even the most rampant autograph-seekers took flight.

Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston: All reports are that these two are more than just "friends." The lovebirds are caught cavorting about quite frequently (smoking their hearts out, too). Of course, with Pitt's recent run-ins with a stalker and Aniston's estranged mom showing up on talk shows to spill the beans (a la Jade Barrymore), who could blame them if they remained a bit more low profile these days?

Newest Hollywood stud Chris Klein of "American Pie" and "Election" fame is rumored to be wading through "Dawson's Creek" on a regular basis. That is, prime-time cutie Katie Holmes is said to float his boat.

Grammy-nominated crooner Eric Benet and one of the most beautiful women on the planet, actress Halle Berry, are engaged. David Justice, eat your heart out.

Actor Jared Leto and Cameron Diaz are rumored to be locking lips. "Fight Club" and fomer "My So-Called Life" costar Leto accompanied the sexy actress to the Golden Globes, and they've been spotted just about everywhere together. Jared: Is there something about Cameron?

Five Who Fizzle

Diva Patti Labelle and her hubby of 30 years are reportedly calling it quits. Sources say that the decision is mutual.

The big news a few weeks back was that media mogul Ted Turner and advocate/movie star/fitness queen Jane Fonda were changing the channel on their relationship. Are they taking a break or pulling the plug?

Romance maven Danielle Steel and her newest item, tan-man George Hamilton, are rumored to be closing the book on their engagement. This, after Hamilton sold his West Hollywood condo to move to the Pacific Heights District of San Francisco where Steel churns out her mega-blockbuster novels.

Demi Moore and Bruce Willis' marriage is heading for Armageddon, according to just about everyone. The pair is splitting after 10 years of marriage, which is equal to a full relationship lifetime in this town.

Actor Gil Bellows, who plays Billy, the woman-hating bleached-blond lawyer, is reportedly splitsville with the hit Fox show "Ally McBeal." No hard feelings here; the actor says he wants to pursue other loves.
