7. Winner will be required to complete, sign and return to sponsor the
Affidavit of Eligibility, Travel Release, and W-9 forms waiving liability
before trip certificates can be issued.

8. The awarding of prize is subject to the complete Official Rules and
validation by sponsor's judge whose rulings are final.

9. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable laws and is void where
prohibited by law.

10. Employees of MLT Vacations Inc., Save on Everything, its parents,
subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, advertising agencies, and their
families are not eligible to win.

11. Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received.

12. Prize consists of roundtrip charter air from Minneapolis/St. Paul to
Las Vegas. Airfare valued up to $600. Hotel accommodations valued up to
$400.

13. Prize is valid for travel from Minneapolis/St. Paul to Las Vegas.

14. No substitutions will be allowed.

15. Blackout dates apply.

16. Travel must be complete by 6/30/05. Blackout dates and other
restrictions may apply.

17. All applicable taxes are responsibility of the winner, and winner
will be notified by phone or mail no later than September 3, 2004.
