2009 St. Paul, MN -- (Sports Network) - The Minnesota Wild made a qualifying offer to goaltender Josh Harding and five others on Monday.The 25-year-old Harding has served as the backup to starter Niklas Backstrom in his time with the Wild. In 19 games last season, the Regina, Saskatchewan native was 3-9-1 with a 2.21 goals against average and .929 save percentage. Originally a second round selection (38th overall) of Minnesota in the 2002 draft, Harding is 19-27 with a 2.49 GAA and three shutouts in 58 career games. The Wild also made qualifying offers to center Kyle Brodziak, left wings Robert Earl and Benoit Pouliot, right wing Danny Irmen and defenseman Clayton Stoner.
