POSTED: 10:09 pm CDT July 22, 2008

(Sports Network) - Scholanda Robinson came off the bench to score 17 points, and the red-hot Sacramento Monarchs never trailed en route to a 79-66 win over the Atlanta Dream at Phillips Arena.

Kara Lawson added 13 points for the Monarchs, who picked up their fifth straight win. Nicole Powell chipped in with nine points, while Laura Harper contributed five points and 12 rebounds.

Kasha Terry had 15 points and nine boards for the Dream, who lost their third straight and fell to 3-22 in their inaugural season. Ivory Latta pitched in with 15 points, while Iziane Castro Marques scored 13.

Sacramento started out hot, opening up a 22-13 lead after the opening quarter, and the Monarchs stifling defense put the Dream away, as Atlanta shot just 23- of-66 from the floor and made only 3-of-19 three-pointers.
