Minneapolis, MN -- (Sports Network) - Renee Montgomery scored 21 points, including some big baskets late in the fourth quarter and in overtime, to lead Minnesota to a 96-94 win over Washington at the Target Center.

Nicky Anosike had 24 points and Charde Houston 19 for the Lynx, who won for the fourth time in five games. Candice Wiggins notched 11 points and Roneeka Hodges 10 for Minnesota.

Lindsey Harding had 27 points to pace the Mystics, who lost for the fourth time in five contests. Alana Beard scored 14, while Chasity Melvin added 10 points and 10 boards. Crystal Langhorne recorded 12 points and seven rebounds in defeat.

Montgomery had 10 points over the last 2:39 of the fourth quarter, but Melvin's layup with 4.9 seconds left in regulation tied the game at 81, forcing the extra session.

A driving layup by Wiggins gave the hosts an 84-83 edge and Montgomery followed with a layup.

Washington closed the deficit to one, the last time at 95-94 following two free throws from Harding with 1.1 seconds to go. Harding was actually fouled on a three-point try, but after making the first two attempts, the third rimmed out.

Wiggins made 1-of-2 at the charity stripe with 0.4 seconds left.
